My first ticket was sent to Downtownhost’s technical support department.

It took a total of 14 minutes for the system administrator to fix the minor problem and get back to me. He not only fixed the problem but also gave a short explaination of what happened. And I still have 100% uptime.

Now that is what I consider excellent customer service.
